My residential clients know me as an imaginative planner, with the creative ability to develop their ideas into exciting, comfortable, and architecturally attractive, family oriented homes. They are proud of their homes, and how well they are integrated with the site. They also realize, as you soon will, that I have the talent, and the ability, to create and optimize, financial value in property that is far greater than what it costs to build it. Most of my high profile clients, know that this talent alone more than justifies the cost of my fee. My fee is competitive with other architects of my caliber. They are also pleased that I respect the privacy that they demand by not divulging any information concerning projects I develop for them without their permission. I develop projects that are technically up to date with environmentally appropriate materials. Even if the resulting design concept is radical, I can make it harmonize with the neighborhood. I prepare construction documents that are thoroughly detailed as plans and technical specifications that building contractors have to contractually adhere to. I also provide personal on-site Quality Control during construction, with timely architectural management of the building contractor’s work. As necessary, I solve problems that crop up due to unanticipated on-site conditions during construction by producing detailed instructional sketches for the contractors to follow. I love my work, not only because I am creative, but because I have an ego that appreciates the acclaim that I get from my clients for providing them with excitement, a comfortable place to live, award winning style, and above all, “Excellence in Architecture”.
